Integrity: Aligning Your Behavior With Your Values
Welcome and thank you for visiting. I am a licensed clinical health psychologist providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of mental health and chronic physical health conditions. I work with individuals and families to promote healing, change, and personal growth. I provide guidance through careful listening, compassionate support, and enthusiasm.
As a health psychologist, I am trained to understand the dynamic interplay between mind and body (psychology and medicine). In our sessions, we will work together to identify and overcome unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that are causing emotional distress and likely amplifying physical pain in individuals with chronic medical conditions. My treatment approach is genuine, positive, and non-judgmental and works to promote active curiosity, discovery, resilience, and growth. I have worked successfully with children, adolescents, and adults of diverse racial, cultural, and sexual orientations. Specific treatment modalities I employ include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Choosing the right therapist to work with can be challenging but is critical to your success. Please call me for a free phone consultation to explore whether my services are a good fit for you. I look forward to speaking with you.
